Uniform

 

All children attending our school should wear school uniform every day. We believe having a school uniform gives children a sense of belonging and unified identity. Our school colours are navy blue and grey, therefore children should where grey shorts, trousers or skirts, with a white or navy t-shirt or shirt and a navy school sweatshirt, fleece or cardigan. 

You can purchase school uniform with the Hartford Infant School badge from the school office – see prices on panel to the left. 

Every child is given a bookbag and water bottle when they start school, but if they get lost you can purchase a new one.

Don’t forget children are not allowed to wear jewellery, make-up, transfer tattoos, or nail varnish in school. Small stud earrings are permitted, but must not be worn on PE days. A watch may be worn if a child is learning to tell the time, but if it proves to be a distraction they will be asked to remove it.
